Vittoria updates Air-Liner tyre insert

Vittoria has announced a significant update to its Air-Liner tyre insert range, introducing two new models: the Air-Liner Road and Air-Liner Gravel. The Road version, designed for 28-622 to 30-622 tyres, promises enhanced puncture protection and improved ride quality for tubeless road setups, weighing just 17g. The Gravel model, available in two sizes for 30-622 to 40-622 and 40-622 to 50-622 tyres, offers similar benefits with increased durability for off-road applications, tipping the scales at 47g and 55g respectively.

This refresh comes as tyre inserts continue their slow but steady march from niche mountain bike accessory to mainstream consideration across all cycling disciplines. With tubeless technology now firmly entrenched in both road and gravel, manufacturers like Vittoria are responding to rider demands for greater reliability and performance.
